Snowed in on Half Moon Lake NH Canvas Print

This is a painting of my father's cottage on Half Moon Lake in Barnstead, NH. Our family loved to spend time here in the summer and in the winter we went up to go sledding. It had a wood stove for heat. My husband loved to fish there too. It was the best get-away ever.

Debra Bretton Robinson grew up in Plaistow, NH and received her degree from the Mass College of Art in Boston. She and her family reside in MA. Debra is now a participant in the vibrant Lowell, MA art scene. Her acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors. Most of her work is done "en plein air" or on site, outdoors. Frequently her scenes are painted while on her “floating studio”, her husband’s boat, while he fishes.
