I was playing with the image Motif#1, the famous shack that everyone must see or paint in rockport Ma. I can see why. It is a fun composition to paint and a great place to go. I am hoping that the gallery owner in Rockport will take it for her shop.
Debra Bretton Robinson grew up in Plaistow, NH and received her degree from the Mass College of Art in Boston. She and her family reside in MA. Debra is now a participant in the vibrant Lowell, MA art scene. Her acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors. Most of her work is done "en plein air" or on site, outdoors. Frequently her scenes are painted while on her “floating studio”, her husband’s boat, while he fishes.
