Poppies on the Back Porch Canvas Print

This Spring Chris bought me a lot of flowers, I think we all had had enough of Winter, well into the Spring. I began painting the bouquets and dreaming of warmer days. This is one of the dreams.

Debra Bretton Robinson grew up in Plaistow, NH and received her degree from the Mass College of Art in Boston. She and her family reside in MA. Debra is now a participant in the vibrant Lowell, MA art scene. Her acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors. Most of her work is done "en plein air" or on site, outdoors. Frequently her scenes are painted while on her “floating studio”, her husband’s boat, while he fishes.
