Massapoag Autumn Canvas Print

This painting is from my “On the Boat” series when we fished (him) and painted (me) on Massapoag Lake which is located on the Tyngsboro/Groton/Dunstable Massachusetts lines. This is one of my looser works. I love that it has an orange under-painting to give it a feeling of Autumn.

Debra Bretton Robinson grew up in Plaistow, NH and received her degree from the Mass College of Art in Boston. She and her family reside in MA. Debra is now a participant in the vibrant Lowell, MA art scene. Her acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors. Most of her work is done "en plein air" or on site, outdoors. Frequently her scenes are painted while on her “floating studio”, her husband’s boat, while he fishes.
