Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This is the watercolor sketch I did of Chelmsford Center, MA when my girls were small. From this I painted an acrylic painting which now belongs to a collector in Chelmsford. That one is called, "Evening in Chelmsford". I think both acrylics and watercolors are fun to work with. They say the same thing but in different ways. My watercolors are softer, more subtle; like the sweet younger sister to the more outspoken acrylic pieces. Lol. Just a different point of view ...or a different side of myself.
Debra Bretton Robinson grew up in Plaistow, NH and received her degree from the Mass College of Art in Boston. She and her family reside in MA. Debra is now a participant in the vibrant Lowell, MA art scene. Her acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors. Most of her work is done "en plein air" or on site, outdoors. Frequently her scenes are painted while on her “floating studio”, her husband’s boat, while he fishes. Her style borders between representational and abstract. The colors and lines of her paintings are inspired by Matisse during the Fauvist movement.
